Terms of Service
This agreement is binding between the party operating the Veraset
service (the "Provider") and the person using it (the "User"). By
creating an account you accept these terms together with the Privacy
Policy. *The Provider's identity and contact details will be announced
on this page upon commercial launch.*
1. The service
Veraset reads the inheritance certificate and land-registry documents
(PDF) you upload, extracts heir and property data, computes shares and
generates property tax declaration forms with their annexes. Automated
extraction may contain errors: **every generated document must be
reviewed by the User before being submitted to any authority.** The
service is not legal, financial or tax advice.
2. Third-party data
Uploaded documents contain personal data of the deceased and the
heirs. By uploading them you declare that you are legally entitled to
process that data (as an heir, a concerned party or their authorised
representative). Liability for unauthorised uploads rests with the
User.
3. Account and security
Provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential;
you are responsible for activity on your account. You may delete your
account at any time from Settings or via the account deletion page.
4. Credit system
Generating official documents requires credits. Credits are added
to your account against payment agreed outside the service. One credit
unlocks document generation for one file (a case belonging to a single
death record); corrections and re-runs within that file are free. The
death record is sealed to the file on first generation; generation
stops if the file drifts from the seal, and permanent corrections
require admin approval. Credits are non-transferable; there are no
automatic refunds — justified requests are assessed by the Provider.
The watermarked "SAMPLE" preview is free and has no official validity.
5. Acceptable use
Do not upload content you have no right to use, attempt to access
other users' data, disrupt the service or use it to produce misleading
documents. Violations may lead to suspension or termination.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". The Provider does not warrant that
generated forms will be accepted by any authority and is not liable
for indirect damages or damages arising from the User's failure to
review the output.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated. Material changes require you to accept the
new version before continuing to use the service.
8. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
9. Contact
Use the in-app feedback channel or the contact address to be announced
